The short version is this: I entered the travel trade at age 16, worked front line, as a manager, general manager, vice president and finally a travel agency owner. Visited some 40+ countries. As a trainer and management consultant delivered workshops, webinars and keynotes to travel trade audiences around the world. Written over 425+ travel articles, published 32 eBooks, and a 520 page marketing book (2020) followed by an idea book for tourism professionals.
As a contributing writer I wrote a monthly sales column for PATA North America and the CT Magazine (2001-2015). Past issues of my magazine, Selling Travel, are still available online.
