The short version is this: I entered the travel trade at age 16 and I'm still in it! Worked front line, as a manager, general manager, vice president and finally opened my travel agency to become an owner. Visited some 40+ countries. Have since delivered workshops, webinars and keynotes to travel trade audiences around the world. Written over 425+ travel articles and published 32 eBooks and one 412-page soft cover book containing 273 marketing ideas.
As a contributing writer I wrote a monthly sales column for CT Magazine from 2001 to 2015 and I support The Travel Institute with articles and the occasional webinar.
